WEB DEVELOPER (Mid-level)

Skills and Capabilities Required:

Exceptional web development skills, a clear understanding of best practices and standards, with 2 years experience hand-coding cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS. Ideal candidate would have experience working in a fast paced agency or equivalent setting, where managing deadlines is essential. Candidate must be a strong conceptual thinker, able to take ideas or mock ups and visualize how to execute in code. PHP, JavaScript and Flash / ActionScript 3.0 experience is strongly preferred.
