(Beltsville, Maryland) – Harry L. Merrick IV, President and Chief Executive Officer of Merrick Towle Communications (MTC), has announced that Associate Creative Director Michael Yue and Senior Art Director Roger Everhart will assume the responsibilities of Co-Associate Creative Directors for the agency. In this joint role, Michael and Roger will oversee the creative direction of all advertising and marketing campaigns and materials developed by MTC.

Prior to joining MTC, Michael served as Associate Creative Director for Chandler Ehrlich where he created print, television, outdoor, radio, web, collateral and direct mail campaigns. In the course of his 18-year career, Michael has also developed creative work for Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Renaissance Communications and Archer Malmo. His vibrant ideas have received many accolades, including Addy and Telly Awards for television work on the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau and Shelby County Emergency Communications accounts.

Roger brings over 30 years of brand building, concept development and design expertise, as well as product and brand management, to his new role. Prior to joining MTC, Roger served as Vice President/Director of Merchandising for Sovereign Bank. Roger also served as Senior Art Director at many well-known agencies including Hutelmyer & Lavidge; Winters, Franceschi, Callahan (WFC); and Young & Rubicam (Y&R).
