WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 3, 2009) - Merrick Towle Communications, the largest independent, integrated communications agency in the Washington, D.C. area, has launched a comprehensive advertising campaign to promote 215 West, an apartment building being developed by Chicago’s Jupiter Realty Company in partnership with Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC. The project, to be managed by Jupiter Communities, LLC, is expected to be among the first LEED certified high-rise apartment rental properties in Chicago when it is delivered in the Spring of 2010.

Located in the Chicago Loop at 215 West Washington Street, 215 West is the first new residential development in the Central Business District since 1993. In the initiation of the brand platform, MTC took into account the green technology involved in the project, the high level of services and finishes at 215 West, and Chicago’s rich architectural history of leading the world in innovation and design.

215WestApts.com is the first introduction of what will come. The website features green living tips, construction practices, a comprehensive neighborhood map and detailed information on apartment features and amenities.

When completed next spring, 215 West will feature a 23,000 square foot green roof with grass, plants and trees to reduce storm runoff as well as assist in heating and cooling the building. The 50-story high-rise will also offer ultra-modern condo-quality studio, convertible, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes.
