But getting things noticed is exactly what we do at Merrick Towle Communications and it’s why we partnered with the developers of Palmetto Promenade. Set in the heart of Boca Raton, Palmetto was going to be a new apartment community that perfectly captured the designer sensibilities and carpe diem attitudes that define the Boca life. It had everything people wanted. Our task was to make it trend.
Boca Raton is not short on luxury apartment residences. For people to get excited about Palmetto Promenade, they needed to know how it differed from the rest. With this in mind, MTC set to work building a brand around the promotion of the community’s details. Yet the key insight came not from the world of apartments—but rather from the world of fashion magazines!
To stand out in a way that appealed to the lifestyles of those looking for the best residence in Boca Raton, Palmetto announced itself as the new must-have address. Additionally, the residence’s unique details appeared in fashion magazine-style layouts with each detail presented as part of a “must-have” list, creating visually enticing designs. Through this use of fashion magazine style and iconography, Palmetto’s brand shone bright, communicating both the community’s high-end aesthetics and its distinctive details.
