Following the success of the “Workation” campaign, TownePlace Suites wanted us to tackle their social media presence in order to further develop and extend their fun and friendly personality across Facebook and Twitter.
We gladly accepted the challenge to develop social content showcasing TownePlace Suites as an extended stay hotel that encourages guests to be themselves when traveling, allowing them to live life uninterrupted.
From developing a content strategy that showcases both features and locations to content that helped establish the offbeat personality of the TownePlace Suites brand, we’ve created a presence on social media that has garnered a loyal following and increased interactions and visits to their accounts. In addition, we highlighted brand activations with Tweet chat and event coverage, as well as working with Influencers to bolster brand reach and content.
Since we took over the Facebook page, we’ve more than doubled page likes, from 11k to over 26k, and maintained monthly averages of 2.7K post impressions with a 3.5% engagement rate.
